ICS Real Estate Pty Ltd was established in 2006 to provide specific contracting services for the real estate industry. ICS Real Estate holds Corporate Real Estate Agents Licenses in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.

ICS Real Estate does not operate as a real estate agent but contracts sales and marketing contractors to other Licensed Real Estate Agents in those States. The structure is slightly different in each of the States to cope with differing legislative environments.

The unique structure offered by ICS Real Estate delivers significant benefits to both the Real Estate Agency as well as the individuals concerned.
